How do I obtain the tracking information on my order?

An email will be sent to your attention with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your shipment with the tracking information number.

Is my purchase safe?

Our orders are processed securely through Shopify who provides the back-end functionality and security that assures customers that their information is handled properly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

A confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process.

Where in the world do you ship?

We ship mainly to any location in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes. For international orders, please contact us at contact@gsfightsupply.com to discuss your needs and we can determine whether we can accommodate an international order.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused merchandise with the original confirmation and package for up to 30 days after purchase. The original cost of shipping is not refundable. All sales on customized products, and used clothing, shoes and items such as hand wraps, groin protectors and the like are final. Returns are refunded to the method of original payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by G&S. If you are returning a product because it is defective, you must let us know first by emailing us at contact@gsfightsupply.com, stating the reason for the return and the order number. We will then contact you with specific instructions. Also see below in the section discussing warranties.

What happens if my product hasn’t arrived?

What is the estimated time for my order to be processed and sent out?

Generally, orders ship within 3-5 business days after the order is received and processed.

Do you accept orders via telephone?

Do you have promotions or discount codes?

We occasionally run promotions and may offer discount codes on our website or via social media. Be sure to check online and on the website every once and awhile to see if we are offering any promotions.

Do your products have a warranty?

We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is used, once returned, we will evaluate whether the product was misused or whether, in fact, the reported damage arose as a result of a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect, you will be offered a replacement product as close to the original as we may have in stock, or to have your purchase amount refunded, less shipping costs. If making a claim, you must contact us at contact@gsfightsupply.com and include a detailed description of the defect, copy of the original confirmation and picture of the product.

Are your products approved for boxing competitions?
